This research is being conducted by Brandon Shields for purposes of a doctoral dissertation study. In this research, you will be asked to answer questions pertaining to your youth ministry involvement during high school, some basic demographic information, and your current level of church involvement. Any information you provide will be held strictly confidential, and at no time will your name be reported, or your name identified with your responses.
