U.S. DOE Energy Analysis Collaborative

In July 2006, the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, together with states and
national laboratories, hosted a workshop in Washington, DC to identify opportunities to enhance collaboration on energy analysis. Workshop participants identified several high-priority energy issues for both analysts and decisionmakers that they thought should be addressed in the next 5-10 years.

One of the collaboration activities identified under the topic of improving deployment partnerships between industry and government is the identification of activities that result in successful deployment of R&D efforts.

Individuals interested in this activity participated in a conference call on Tuesday, November 14. This survey is intended to collect information on various R&D deployment models used by states and R&D institutions, which will then be used to create a "guidebook" of state R&D programs models for distribution to the group and for further discussion and collaboration.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to this survey.
