Fore Kicks in Marlboro will hold an indoor lacrosse league this winter for U11, U13, U15, and U19 levels. Games will consist of two 25-minute running halves. Format will be 7v7 on 65-by-33-yard non-boarded fields with no full-body checking. The fee will depend on the number of players on a team ($60 to $100) and will cover 6 games plus playoffs. Game days for each age level are shown below. Assuming you are interested, please answer this survey once for each child who would be playing. For example, if you have a player at the U11 and U13 levels, please answer this survey twice--once for each child.
