Thank you for agreeing to participate in our quality of life survey for Pennsylvania municipalities. It is our hope that we can come to better understand what municipalities see as important quality of life issues (with a particular focus on waste and recycling issues) to better address these concerns and help prioritize funding. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. If you are subject to internet restrictions that prevent you from taking the survey online, please reply to prop@proprecycles.org, and we will send you a PDF version that you can print and mail.

In an effort to encourage completion of the survey, respondents will receive PROP's next newsletter, admission to PROP's next Municipal Recycling Roundtable and be entered in a prize drawing. Please answer all questions completely and honestly. Individual question responses will be kept confidential. Only aggregate and category summaries and rankings will be included in our final report. This survey is being conducted by the Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania in cooperation with several other organizations.
