This survey is market research for an upcoming web service named LifeData which allows you to:

1. Update your personal information (address, phone, etc) for all of your service providers with one click. If you move, or the expiration date on your credit card changes, you can tell Netflix, your bank, your newspaper, your bills, etc, all with one click.


2. Give different information to some companies than to others. For example, you may want to give your online bank your primary email, an online shopping site your secondary email, and a third company an invalid email so that they cannot spam you. This can be done with any type of information in your profile--email, postal mail, phone number, etc.


3. Keep your data encrypted whenever you are not actually using the service so you do not need to worry about your privacy.

The survey is quite short -- 4 or 5 pages, each with 1-2 questions -- and should not take more than a few minutes.
