We are asking everyone who has received a copy, either electronic or hard copy, of the Social Isolation Resource Pack to complete a short evaluation form. The form should take no longer than a few minutes to complete and will help us to decide whether to produce future editions of the pack, and if so what we should and shouldn’t include.
