The NJ State Commission on National and Community Service now requires programs to submit a monthly report detailing accomplishments, new partnerships, and challenges for your AmeriCorps members during a particular month. Please briefly respond to the questions below by September 5, 2008. Please contact Becky Grinstead with any questions or concerns. This survey covers the month of August 2008.
