Submit completed reviews.

Supervisors get notified about submitted reviews.

4. What are the rating calculation related features you want?

What are the rating calculation related features you want? Have a numerical rating scheme for each performance measure or question (1-5)

Calculate average rating for each performance measure or question - AVG = Sum of Ratings / Number of reviewers

Define a way to calculate the total review score (add ratings for each question)
