This survey is to gain feedback from our 2008 students' parents to assist us in further developing the work we are doing in the SLU. We appreciate the time you will take to fill out this simple survey and will use this information to further plan and provide feedback to staff and parents.

1. Do you think that your child has a better understanding of his/her own learning goals and takes more responsibility in his/her own learning than he/she did before this year?

2. The students being able to negotiate their own timetable by choosing the workshops has engaged them more in their learning.

3. The weekly student conference with his/her classroom teacher to discuss learning goals has assisted my child in their learning.

4. My child has developed organisational skills that will better prepare him/her for secondary school.
