This is a moment of opportunity and we have to make sure we don't waste it. This might be our last chance to do health care reform the right way. It would be very difficult for me to support health care reform that does not match my ideal system.
We can't wait any longer for health care reform. Making sure reform actually passes is my number one priority. I will work for my ideal system, but I will support compromise as long as we make progress and preserve the core values of access, quality and affordability.
