1. VFW Post 8337 Survey of Member' Volunteer Service

VFW Posts are tax exempt and therefore are required to document their volunteer service. Five reports (Buddy Poppy, Citizenship Education, Community Service, Hospital Activities, and Youth Activities) are filed each quarter. Volunteered hours, miles driven, and money donated by members should all be reported.

Note: Make sure you include your name and "check" whether you're reporting as a Post 8337 Member or Post 8337 Auxiliary member. Call Rich Woldt if you have questions or problems 920-559-7665.

Use this form as often as possible. Don't worry about making mistakes or duplicating input. When visiting hospitals, nursing homes, senior citizen centers, schools, churches, etc. take the time to show veterans and staff how to use www.VFWPost8337.com. Ask all vets to complete our Roll Call survey and survey of volunteer hours.
