Congestion charging has been operating in London for some time. Other large towns and cities are actively considering a congestion charge or road pricing scheme - but many do not have the public transport infrastructure that London does. What do you think - what impact would it have on you? Could you still get to work, and even if you could, can you afford to get to work?
