C/W MARS runs and supports the circulation system and WebPac Online Catalog throughout communities in Central and Western Massachusetts. It also provides several electronic databases, digital books and audiobooks, and the resource sharing software which lets you borrow from any of our 155 member libraries and have the material delivered to your library.

Libraries throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are facing the possibility of severe budget cuts for the next fiscal year. These could translate into reductions in delivery and services to libraries, cuts to the number of hours a library could be open, and a reduction in the number of new titles on the library shelves.
