•Survey Title: SNRE Internship Survey

Are you a current SNRE student or SNRE alumni that has completed an internship? Would you like to share your internship experience with other students? By providing answers to this survey, SNRE can create an informational internship report that will be added to the other internship reports on the SNRE internship website. If you completed more than one internship, please feel free to take the survey multiple times to inform us about each of your internship experiences.

•Purpose: To gather data from SNRE students and alumni on internships that they have completed. SNRE has an internship website where current and prospective students can view the "informational internship summaries" that are created from the results of this survey. Other internship-related informational handouts may be created by SNRE as well.

•PLEASE NOTE that SNRE reserves the right to edit or not post an informational internship summary. Comments are to be honest, constructive, and generally assist students in learning about internship opportunities. Also take note that the SNRE internship website is not password protected. Therefore, any member of the public or past employers could view your informational internship summary.

This informational internship summary will include:
Name of the organization (website address)
Location of the internship
Dates of the internship
Field of study/area of natural resources
Employment sector
Duties
Skills required/learned
Short summary of the internship
How the internship was obtained

•For those survey respondents who wish to share their internship information with other students, you can also choose to be contacted by students about your internship experience (provide advice) and to list your rate of pay (choice given in survey).

•If you do not want your informational internship summary to be shared with students (posted on the website), you will be given an option during the survey to not participate in the website. If you choose not to participate, we will just list the name and location of the organization where you interned on our list of possible internship hosts. Your name and report will not be listed.
