  • The UK Government wants to improve the information it provides on its websites about identity services, which include:
    • issuing United Kingdom Passports to British citizens
    • issuing certified copies of register entries of births, marriages, civil partnerships, deaths and adoptions
    • issuing Identity Cards in the future
  • By completing this survey you will help us to build a better picture and understanding of what information customers of these services need
  • The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete
  • You will not need to complete all sections but will be directed to the relevant section based on the answers you provide
  • Confidentiality and anonymity of the results is guaranteed and the results will be presented so that you will not be identifiable from your responses
  • The project is being undertaken by TMG on behalf of the Identity and Passport Service (IPS), which now includes the General Register Office (GRO)
