Does your Patient Support Group think it would benefit from working with a group of clinicians who are specialists in your condition area? Is your support group already interacting with clinicians in a coordinated way?

We are ask these questions because GIG has embarked on an exciting and promising project facilitating three networks of expertise with eight of our patient support groups.

We have designed this questionnaire survey for you to complete in an effort to construct a global picture of the current level of networking that already exists with patient support groups and clinicians to get a clearer idea of how these networks evolve.

The information you share in confidence with GIG shall only used for the purposes of this project. Nothing that could reveal the identity of your patient support group will be disclosed outside open publications. Procedures for handling, processing, storage and destruction of your information are compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.
