Tools for Building Personal Learning Networks (PLNs)

In October, 2008 I conducted a survey to determine what were the top tools used for building Personal Learning Networks. The information from this survey was used to build my PLN Yourself website (http://suewaters.wikispaces.com/).

One year later I've decided to repeat parts of this survey to see whether there has been a change in people's preferences and also to hopefully address design flaws in the original survey.

What's involved? I'd really appreciate it if you could answer the following 2 survey questions on tools used for creating Personal Learning Networks.
