Suggestions for Committees of SIAM

This site may be used to suggest members for SIAM committees. For details regarding SIAM committees see the Committees of SIAM page on the SIAM web site. You may enter up to three suggestions for the same or different committees per visit to this page. Self-nominations are accepted. If you wish to make more than three suggestions, simply submit this form and return to the page and make additional suggestions.

Please provide the name and institution (if known) for each person you suggest, one suggestion (name - institution) per line. To serve as a committee member a candidate must be a member of SIAM.
