The Joint Commission has launched a project addressing how accreditation and certification factors into liability insurers' underwriting practices. We would like to gather some information from you relative to this project.

Hospitals (includes critical access hospitals and psychiatric hospitals)
Laboratory
Long Term Care (includes skilled nursing facilities)
