This questionnaire is part of a study which investigates the personality characteristics of entrepreneurs.

Please answer the following questions. There are several sections. Directions are provided for each section. The questionnaire should take at most fifteen minutes to complete.

1. Below you will find a series of statements. Please read each statement carefully and respond to it by expressing the extent to which you believe the statement applies to you. For all items, a response is required. Use the phrase that best reflects your belief.
