The data collected will be kept confidential and will be summarized in a group form by the HRS leadership team. Individual data will not be shared with our staff. The data obtained may be used for staff development and other various employment actions. The interest of Human Resources in obtaining customer feedback and tracking trends is for the sole purpose of identifying strengths, weaknesses and training needs within the department. The data will be used as a source of information for continual process and service improvement and gauging customer satisfaction.
