UK NCB Customer Focus Survey

1. Introduction

 
From the 2nd of April 2007, the United Kingdom National Codification Bureau (UK NCB) transferred business units. UK NCB moved from its position as part of the TES organisation, to take its place in the Defence Supply Chain under Provider Services and her new AD, Grp Capt Bill Mahan.

UK NCB has always performed an integral role in supply chain matters and the new management chain should help to improve the departments visibility and ability to interact with our customer markets in Industry, IPTs and Front Line Command whilst continuing established working processes with other NATO Codification Bureaus.

It has long been the mission of UK NCB to provide high quality Customer Services. This survey, we hope, will give you the chance to feedback to us, on how you feel we acheive that goal. The results from this survey will be used to improve our current services and business practice as we strive to acheive the best possible service for our valued customers old and new.
