Thank you so much for taking the time to give us some information about the technical problems you're seeing on ThePetitionSite. We understand that running into problems when trying to make your voice heard is incredibly frustrating, so thanks to helping us figure out what's going wrong.

Care2's systems are complex and, unfortunately, there are lots of ways glitches can occur online. The only way we can diagnose what's going wrong for you is know as much as possible about the systems and programs you're using. We know the questions below are pretty technical. Please, bear with us and answer as many as you can. We promise, getting this information makes it much easier for us to recreate the issue and figure out what's going on.

Please note, while we read all the responses to this survey, we simply don't have the manpower to respond to individual requests for help submitted through this survey.

5. Please describe the problem you're experiencing in as much detail as possible, including where the problem is and how you got there. Simply writing "can't sign" does not give us enough information to find the problem. If possible, please include a detailed description of the problems you're seeing on the page, the step you took prior to seeing the errors, anything you did to try and fix the problem on your own, etc.
