First of all, THANK YOU for supporting Montclair Soccer!

We are in a year of transition with our new volunteer policy, and this survey enables you to log your volunteer work for the Club.

Please submit your volunteer hours as follows:
* Your name - last name and first name, please.

* Your child's first name - the he or she is known by on the team. We need to help the volunteer coordinators on each team associate the hours with the family, and many of us have different surnames from our child's so this will help.

* If your child is a boy or a girl.

* Your child's age group - for instance, Under 12.

* Your child's coach. If you have more than one child playing, please simply log your hours for one of their teams. (It makes record-keeping much, much simpler.)

* The details about the work you performed.
For Under 6, Under 8 or Clippers-specific volunteer work, select U6, U8 or Clippers. (There are many volunteer jobs for these programs so we are not tracking that detail quite yet.)

For events, select the event, tell us the date, and enter the number of hours you have worked on the event.

For ongoing coordinator commitments, identify the role you play. Then enter the number of hours the role has required.

* Enter your email address so we can contact you if the need arises.

There is NO NEED to log your hours if you perform one of the 7 required roles on the team (we already know you work to keep your team playing)
