Thanks for taking the time to do this short survey. Epic Church is a new church, with one of the goals to connect Jesus with people who don't like church.

Weird, we know!

We are seeking the input of people, like you, who don't go to church on a regular basis. We don't want to just create another church for the sake of creating another church.

We desire to create a church community where the people of Tucson can connect with Jesus and others, like yourself, in a real way.

We are creating this church for people just like you. This church is called Epic.

Any personal information you give is completely optional, all we ask is for you to be honest and thoughtful.
