The purpose of this survey is to collect data that would provide insight to our understanding of the perspectives from the consumers (industry users) and public users. The findings will be used to guide the definition of requirements for a future licensing system, which will replace the current system for managing licensees (individuals and firms/facilities) for different Real Estate Agency license types.
