Dear Jackson Street Programme (JSP) Member

This survey has been organised by the Hutt City Council to identify whether the JSP Membership support the continuation of the JSP and the Council's collection of funds on the JSP's behalf through a special rate levied on Jackson Street properties.

The JSP use these funds to undertake their activities. As a mainstreet organisation this includes activities aimed at enhancing the look and feel of Jackson Street and activities that will add to the commercial success of member businesses and increased capital value of properties in the street.

You are a member of the Jackson Street Programme as of right when you either own a property in Jackson Street, Petone that pays the JSP targeted rate or if you are a business owner located in a property that has the JSP targeted rate levied upon it.

Both landlord and business owner members' input and support (or otherwise) is sought through this survey. By completing the survey you are helping ensure that the results are fully representative of the views of all JSP members and stakeholders.

In completing this survey please reflect your own views and not what you think is the view of other Jackson Street landlords, retailers or businesses.
