The purpose of the research is to assess the effectiveness of several UNH University Office of Sustainability communications. The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary, and you may choose to skip questions or stop responding at any point. However, your cooperation would be greatly appreciated and would contribute to improving sustainability communications to UNH faculty, staff and students and to the growing body of knowledge and practice around communicating sustainability in effective ways.

If you choose to complete this survey, at the end you will be directed to enter your name and email address for a lottery drawing for a sustainability gift pack.

If you agree to participate, you can be assured that the project is not expected to present any greater risk of loss of personal privacy than would be encountered in everyday life when sending and/or receiving information over the Internet. All reasonable efforts have been undertaken to minimize any such potential risks, but you should know that any form of communication over the Internet carries a minimal risk of loss of confidentiality. Your responses will be reported in terms of three groups (UNH faculty, staff or students) rather than as individual cases. Your survey has been assigned a number and will be referred to in terms of that number; all answers will be confidential. You may stop your participation at any time or choose not to answer particular questions without penalty.

The principle investigator of this study is Sara Cleaves (862-0172; sara.cleaves@unh.edu), and she can answer additional questions you may have about the study. If you have questions or concerns about your rights as a research participant you can contact Julie Simpson in the Office of Sponsored Research (862-2003; julie.simpson@unh.edu) and be given the opportunity to discuss them.
