Dear Parents,
Thank you for completing this short survey. The results will provide your child's teacher with valuable information for improvements based on his or her concerns, habits, and needs. We appreciate your time and thank you.
1. My experience with Elementary Summer School was positive in that my child gained skill knowledge in areas of weakness and enjoyed attending class.
2. My child took advantage of and found helpful the books that were available in the Summer School media center and those which were sent home for them to keep after classes ended.
3. There was adequate communication offered during the Summer School session.
4. Expectations regarding attendance and how Summer School was organized were communicated through a newsletter early in the session.
5. My child made positive growth in academics as a result of his/her time spent in Summer School.
