Good balance of chem free/chem full.
The amount of alcohol offered/not offered by SPB at events is appropriate, but there are too many drunk kids there and I don't like that atmosphere.
SPB should offer as much alcohol as they can afford and the administration will allow.
SPB should offer less alcohol at events.
All events should be chem free.
