Project ExCELLS is a federally funded grant program that provided library and literacy services to the students and families at Fort Belvoir. Project ExCELLS brings together the Libraries of Fort Belvoir Elementary School, Van Noy Library and the Kingstowne Library to provide an array of programs and services to families.

Look for informational fliers on programs that are sponsored by Project ExCELLS in your child's backpack and/or by email.
