1. Training Delivery and Content

 
An important part of the Sertoma relationship is to have access to the experience, knowledge and resources of the organization for the personal development of our members and the organizational development of our clubs.

To be of value, members and clubs need the ability to access those resources in a time and manner that best meets their needs. Beyond the method of delivery, of equal importance is the information and knowledge being delivered.
