The following survey is part of a research study being conducted through the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Information collected wil assist the researchers in understanding how cultural diversity influences the effectiveness of intervention for children on the autism spectrum.
