To learn more about the needs and interests of parents in the Middletown Township School District, The Community YMCA requests your assistance. Please take a moment to complete the brief questionnaire below. Your input will assist us in providing meaningful programs that meet your needs and help the students of Middletown School District excel and reach their full potential. Please complete the survey by Friday, May 1, 2009, The YMCA’s before and after school programs are designed to provide the opportunity for your child to remain in school and spend social time with friends in a safe and enriching environment. Specialty clubs are also offered in addition to the after school program – your child can choose to enroll in our popular Y-Kids Clubs including Art, Science, Yoga and Karate.
