On Sunday, June 29 at USC you many choose to attend one of three LA Social Forum mini-assemblies. These cross-cutting sessions will share information on change needed in society and be strategy sessions and networking opportunuities. Each mini-assembly will start at 10:30 am.

Fight the right, police, and ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)
Speakers will talk about being targets of the inhuman treatment they have endured at the hands of the police. Questions and exchange with the audience after each presentation.

A panel discussion on alternative media which will include internet, hip hop, and youth radio. Its importance of how it can be utilized to frame a progressive agenda. We will also discuss how to support and propagate alternative media to the mainstream. Moderator Ernesto Arce, KPFK News Media
