Each year the NetIP NA Board conducts a survey to help shape our initiatives for the next year. You have been selected to share your perspectives to help shape our 2008 initiatives. This information will only be used for the purposes of this survey and will not be sold nor given to anyone else. NOTE: Information contained in this survey is confidential and will not be sold to any advertisers.

We are offering several prizes including free conference registrations for 2008 as well as iPods! You will automatically be entered into a raffle for filling out this survey COMPLETELY. So please identify yourself clearly so we can locate you if you are the winner of any of our raffle prizes.
