Welcome to Vantage Partners’ brief survey on offshore relationship management.

The purpose of this survey is to understand the challenges customers and service providers face in managing their offshore outsourcing relationships, how those challenges differ from challenges in onshore deals, what cultural differences present significant challenges, how those challenges differ by geography, and what customers and providers are doing to meet those challenges.
