The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) would like to complete an evaluation of its 2012 heat outreach campaign. By completing this survey, you will be helping OSHA to gauge the usefulness of the 2012 heat outreach campaign materials and to identify possible updates to the campaign. Additionally, you will be helping OSHA to identify what elements of the campaign OSHA may want to consider using in other campaigns.
