With the exception of Game of the Year categories ($500.00 U.S. Dollars each), each category is $100.00 U.S. Dollars.

The Academy reserves the right to discontinue certain categories. A re-release or "ported" version of a previous NAVGTR nominee is not eligible for general entry or nomination and must be cleared on a category-by-category basis.

The Academy reserves the right to determine proper category eligibility and placement, to refuse entries, and to eliminate categories with insufficient entries or nominations. NAVGTR Corp. reserves the right to extend any deadlines or modify any schedules in the awards process. NAVGTR Corp. reserves the right to reveal all entries and names of nominating parties after the passing of the entry deadline date.
