Interested in improving the understanding that patients have about cancer clinical trials? Consider helping out at ASCO 2008!
Who: YOU!
What: Participate in a focus group to provide input regarding issues of importance in the understanding of clinical trials.
When: Saturday May 31, 2008, 8 am - 9:30 am or 10 am - 11:30 am
Where: Chicago, in conjuction with ASCO 2008
Why: To inform a study to help patients improve their understanding about clnical trials. This NCI-supported study is designed to help patients make optimal choices about their treatment options.

Disclosure: This survey was IRB approved, and was developed by Nancy Roach (C3: Colorectal Cancer Coalition) and Mike Katz (International Myeloma Foundation). Nancy and Mike are supporting this research study by finding people who are interested in serving in the focus groups. They are doing this as volunteers and will not receive payment for their time.
