Oregon is so excited that you are interested in participating in the 2008 Supreme Ritual team! This year's tryouts will be held at Grand Bethel Weekend in Cottage Grove on March 29th - and this year's team will represent our state at Supreme Session in Madison, Wisconsin this August.

As coach for last year's team, I know what kind of excellent ritual talent we have in our state and I am excited to see how it has grown in the last year. I know that the ladies from the 2007 team all had a positive experience participating in last year's competition and I am sure we will field a fabulous team this year!

In order to try out for this year's team, I need you to provide answers to the questions below. There are four pages to this survey. Page 1 - contains contact information, page 2 - tryout preferences, page 3 - personal history and aspirations for Supreme Session, and page 4 - team participation agreement. Please complete all of the questions.

Tryouts will be held the Saturday of GBW, with the specific times to be assigned after you complete this form. I am excited to see all of you at Grand Bethel Weekend and if you have any questions regarding tryouts or participating in the team, please do not hesitate to email or call me!
