We are two language teachers who are interested in reflective teaching. We want to know what other teachers do to reflect on their practice, so we are conducting this survey. All of your answers will be kept strictly confidential. At the end of the survey you will be invited to enter your e-mail address, so that we can share the final results of the project with you.

The survey consists of three main sections: preliminary biographical information, statements regarding 18 reflective teaching practices, and a final section on teaching context. It will take between 15 and 25 minutes to complete, depending upon how many optional comments you choose to include. If you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, you can return at a later time and will be taken to the point where you stopped.
