This survey provides information about the beliefs and practices of your school regarding the 31 recommendations for high school reform found in Breaking Ranks II: Strategies for Leading High School Reform. These recommendations are divided into three core areas: 1) Collaborative Leadership/Professional Learning Communities, 2) Personalization, and 3) Curriculum/Instruction/Assessment. Responses are confidential and will be compiled with those of other members of your school community.
