What is the most effective way for teachers to utilize your resources? We have programs designed to combine a visit to our facility with classroom lessons and activities

Bring your class to our facility and join your students in our programs

Bring your class to our facility and take a break from you normal routine

We have things to do if you come, such as activities and demonstrations, but we don't really offer organized tours

We're not really hands-on, but we do have lots of stuff online

We don't really cater to groups

A true learning community in which schools, informal science centers, professional scientists and engineers and other community members work together to design integrated curricula utilizing all community resources. Get back to the basics in education and teach kids the content and love for science that will instill a desire to visit informal science centers of their own free choice. Everything is working pretty well the way things are. I wouldn't change anything, but we have to keep working to provide quality informal science experiences.
