The NJDEP's Division of Compliance and Enforcement (C&E) has, as part of its Strategic Plan, a goal of improving our accountability and holds responsiveness and clarity in communication as two of its core values. Toward that effort, we are asking for your comments regarding our most recent initiative, the issuance of a Compliance Letter. This letter notifies you when the most recent inspection of your facility documented compliance with applicable Department regulations.
