Yankee Rowe Site Closure Website Survey
1. Purpose
Originally launched in Fall of 2003, the Yankee Rowe Site Closure website has served as an informative and dynamic resource for interested stakeholders. The Site Closure Project has undergone significant developments since the time of original launch and we are interested in maintaining a current and relevant site for stakeholders as closure nears completion.
Yankee is committed to ensuring that a high-quality resource is established to meet stakeholders’ informational needs in the future. We are initiating collection of feedback from key website stakeholders in order to ensure that the revision best meets user needs.
Using this data from stakeholders, we will implement suggested content and design changes. We have also already identified several improvements we plan to make, such as the addition of a Frequently Asked Questions page and additional content summarizing recent technical reports.
