Collaboration Poll

Are you curious about how good collaborations happen?

This survey is designed to shed light on a subject vital to every kind of human endeavor: Collaboration.

Collaboration entails doing something more than coordinating with others. It's more than even cooperating. A good collaboration is a well-functioning partnership where people can create something extraordinary or new together.

We hope you'll collaborate with us and complete the survey.

By the way, we thought it only fitting that this survey about collaboration be a collaboration itself. So after two months of phone conferencing from California and Ontario and New York, here it is. Stay tuned. We'll be commenting on our findings.

This survey is a collaboration between:
Mitch Ditkoff - www.ideachampions.com
Carolyn Allen- www.innovationsolution.com

What qualities, attitudes and skills help make a good collaborator?

Please rate each question on a scale of 1 to 5 - with 5 being the highest.
