ABC Community School is beginning a strategic planning process that will chart the direction of the school for the next three to five years. We are attempting to identify and forecast future changes and trends that may affect ABC Community School and the students we serve.
As a community leader aware of the value of quality education, you are vital for our process. We need and value your insights. Would you please give us 10 to 15 minutes of your valuable time today to answer the following survey questions?
Your responses to this survey will provide us with valuable information and insights as we continue with our planning process. You are among a small group receiving this survey, so your participation is extremely important to us.
To ensure complete candor, your answers will be anonymous. There is no correlation between survey responses and email addresses.
