IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON FTMBA PROJECT SURVEY-HAVE YOUR SAY
1. Background Knowledge
We,a group students from the full time MBA course at the Tanaka Business School, Imperial College London are conducting carrying out an FT MBA consulting project with the British Intellectual Property Institute(http://www.ip-institute.org.uk).
The purpose of the project is to explore fund raising opportunities and develop a business plan to help the IPI to reate the higher level of core and research funding for it to meet the needs and expectations of its takeholders.
As part of this, we are carrying out a survey of segmentation and customer satisfaction of members and other organizations and people involved with the Institute.
