This survey is meant to collect data on existing or proposed shared use paths in or near limited access highway corridors or their adjacent service roads. It is meant primarily for those responsible for planning, implementation, funding, and or maintenance of these facilities but users of such facilities are encouraged to respond as well. Your time is greatly appreciated. Your responses will help in developing a best practices report on the implementation and design of these facilities.
